Grew up with this group visiting our church twice a year in La Marque, Texas. Wonderful ministry!

Loved The Calvary Boys they came to La Marque Baptist Chapel, La Marque, Texas twice a year under Brother Jimmy Williams. Lost track of them but they were amazing.

Such a true song and sang beautifully

I still love the old hymns my father played and sang. Dad was in a quartet here in Canada that emulated the OFRH-Q sound. Their music was always playing at our house when I was a kid. Dad sat at our piano for untold hours, writing out the arrangements for the group to perform at area churches. He didn't PLAY the piano, but he'd plunk away with 1 or 2 fingers at a time while writing out the sheet music. Wish I had taken photos or shot Super 8s. Bless his heart. ❤

My mother and her two sisters and a friend of theirs sang this song at church during the 40s 50s and 60s when I was a boy. Everyone loved it when they did. You don't hear good church music like this anymore.

I have known brother bud forever . He and my papaw nophe green were long time friends and brothers in christ. My uncle wes green and bud wrote recorded and performed southern gospel muaic back in early 70s maybe late60s even. Brother Bud was married to a very beautiful and awesome woman of god. They had a big church around oklahoma city with the most amazing chior and trio. I still sing alot of those old songs now. They never run out of style or fail to deliver gods messge to us. I misa these people and am preparing daily to rejoin them with our heavenly father.

I wish I could find the hole album. This is my family. Tthis was my grandmother playing the tambourines.. and all her brothers uncle Oscar, uncle Everett, uncle Boyd. Was all part of this group

I loved hearing Ed Lyman sing at Camp of the Woods in Spectacular, NY, in the sixties, where I became a Christian and soon after worked as a staff member one summer. Wonderful memories.

Brantley County High School Band in Nahunta, Georgia are only ones with rights to play this song. Larry Freund Band Director was given rights by Johnny Masters to write the music for band performance and we played it in the presence of Johnny Masters. I was in the band and played it and I will never forget it. Johnny Masters was recognized with the audience on their feet applauding him after we playing the Glory Land March for him. Johnny visited our family several times in Nahunta, Ga and always brought his guitar and we sang many times with him.

I attended this church many years, from 1967 to around 2009, it WAS wonderful, introduced to this church by ALAN MOORE and STELLA MOORE , an their 4 wonderful kids Vick, Terry, Malinda, and TOM, I miss those days and these precious people, I live back in Tn. now
